If you don't want to receive sales calls from Life Maid Easy, you can ask us to place your telephone number on our "Do Not Call" list. In compliance with federal and state laws, we'll document your request immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for your telephone number to be removed from any sales programs that are currently underway.
When we solicit prospective customers, we also honor "do not call" requests on behalf of consumers listed on the National Do Not Call Registry maintained by the Federal Trade Commission and various state-agency lists. Many state "Do Not Call" regulations permit companies to contact their own customers even though they are on these lists. Therefore, if you are a customer, you may be contacted by us even though you are on a state or the national "do not call" list. If you do not want to be contacted by Life Maid Easy even though you are a customer, simply follow the steps above to be placed on the Life Maid Easy "Do Not Call" list, and your request will be honored.
Being on the Life Maid Easy "Do Not Call" list means that you won't receive sales calls from anybody representing Life Maid Easy. We may still contact you, however, for non-solicitation purposes. This would include things like surveys, billing, and other service-related matters.
All employees who engage in outbound telephone solicitation are trained in this policy and are made aware of these procedures before they are allowed to call consumers. Management reviews the policy with these employees on a regular basis. Life Maid Easy reviews the methods and procedures in this "Do Not Call" policy on a quarterly basis. If a consumer requests a copy of our "Do Not Call" policy, we will send a copy via U.S. mail or electronic mail. The "Do Not Call" policy is also posted on the Life Maid Easy website.
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of www.lifemaideasy.net (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by LME Cleaning Services, LLC. This Site is a services website, providing cleaning services.
By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.
All content published and made available on our Site is the property of LME Cleaning Services and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything else that contributes to the Site's composition.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. You agree to purchase services from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Your subscription automatically renews and you will be automatically billed until we receive notification that you want to cancel the subscription. Notification of cancellation must be sent by email to info@lifemaideasy.net.

When you provide us with your payment information, you authorize our use of and access to the payment instrument you have chosen to use. By providing us with your payment information, you authorize us to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.
Services will be fully refunded if canceled more than 3 business days before they were scheduled to be provided. Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9 to 4 PM, except for major holidays (Easter Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas, and New Year's Day). Where any consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
LME Cleaning Services, LLC and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including legal fees, resulting from your use of the Site.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site, you indemnify and hold harmless LME Cleaning Services, LLC, and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
If any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws at any time, they will be deemed void and removed from these Terms and Conditions. The removal will not affect all other provisions, and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.
These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site.
